Got a day's holiday booked off with the aim of riding the Surrey Hills given how well they were riding on Sunday but the snow's put paid to that. Before I cancel the day off, was wondering what conditions are like at Afan?
I'll answer my own question having spoken to Skyline Cycles....
Hardly any snow we haven't had any snow since Friday, there is some icy
compacted snow about still, but otherwise it's all OK! the bike wash is out
of action though.

I'm heading there for the weekend. I spoke to the guys at Afan Lodge yesterday and they said the trails were all rideable and the roads currently clear.
Cwmcarn trails were packed with snow. Was thinking Afan might be the same.

Yup looks icy and I bet with the temperatures staying around zero its even more slippery now.
Rode Afan last night, had a beer at the Lodge at the end as well, roads are clear and the trails are rideable if somewhat icy/slippery in places, was good fun none the less, and well worth it
