planning on heading down that way during the 2nd week, if anyone can suggest some good trails for a lazy over forked nutter to play on I'd be much appreciated, hopefully will have a camper so home made flapjacks may be on offer 🙂

Best bet is the Bissoe trail in mid/West Cornwall- from Devoran to Portreath. Much quieter than the Camel trail and you get to play in Poldice valley – full of loony DHing sections and mad drops.

Just off the trail is "The Track" should you want to do mad BMX style jump stuff:

Keep on eye on the Cornwall MTB Club site as they organise a Sunday ride somewhere in Cornwall each week. They are a friendly group & new riders or guests are always welcome.

check out ' cornwall freeriders' on facebook!
there's always lots going on, and it's not all DH!
Bissoe is spot on for all thing slightly mad! Plenty of DH runs and jumpy stuff, plenty of singletrack around there too!

Also have a look at "Cornwall trail riders" on Facebook. We do Sunday rides and Thursday night rides.
