I'm happy - CRC just sent me a brand spankin new Ksyrium Elite back wheel after my LBS broke the hub on the old one 🙂
To be fair the LBS were just trying to straighten out a small wobble and the spoke pulled through the flange, cracking it, but CRC could have got out of warranteeing this in many ways.
But they didn't.
Thanks CRC I shall continue to be a happy customer.

the LBS should of sorted this for you...
but good on crc for helping out

I thought that, but they said the warranty is with the suppliers as the wheel was faulty (corroded, they reckoned). Couldn't really argue.
That's what I meant by CRC having get-outs - it was also a sale item, showed signs of use etc. But they done right.
