I looked. They are very green. The carbon are very black.

Given that you are obviously a racer, would it not be wise to keep a set of spare lowers just in case of damage?

If you want to keep the R7 and not swap it for another fork, fit the carbon lowers as they match the rest of the bike more closely, keep the team green lowers as a spare, and lose the green grips?

I would get some rockshox world cups instead...

But better in carbon.

Shiny. Keep the spare lowers - they're Manitous, so you'll probably need them. I'd use the carbon ones, on account of them looking really quite pimp.

Alternatively, as others have said, swap for RS WCs - the last couple of years' SIDs have been surprisingly stiff, I hear...
