I raised a 'ticket' or issue on the 8th, replied on the 14th, so almost a week. Don't panic.

I returned a P7 torch, they were very helpful. Order a replacement now, and ask for a refund on your original order. That's what I did, no problem.

My DX light was about half as bright as it should have been so you arnt the only one. I did the wrong thing and butchered it with a new 1 mode driver (on/off) rather than send it back...

its great now ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi,

Mine was dead out of the box too. Took about two weeks to get replaced all in.

Regards

Dan - what sku did you have that fouled up? Easy enough bypassing the driver/bodging it to push it to a 1 mode?

I got a bust MTE one from fleabay. The problem was the switch. Have you tried shorting it with with the back off with a screwdriver? I had to make a couple of pins to unscrew the switch mount and resolder it. Decided it was much easier than waiting for a return.

In the post back this morning, rather a long response but least they came back.

Can't fault the lights for the money though, just unluck I guess.
