Sent my 2 yr old V2 light back for repairs as it kept flickering off.
Posted it Wednesday.
Hope chap couldn't repeat the problem but, he changed the cable anyway.
Got it back today!
All free of charge.
May seem a small deal to some people, but to me it really warms the cockles. Seems we're surrounded by lazy, incompetent, can't be arsed coumpanies, always trying for the quick buck. So to have a UK mtb company that treats customers so well, I think is just lovely.
