Have just given my Inbred a bit of a makeover after a winter of being used for commuting: Avid BB7 discs to replace the dead Vs; new Deore cranks and BB with On-One chainring; Wellgo 'V8 copy' pedals; Oury grips.

The chickens are currently tucking into the left-overs from last night's pasta and so are very happy indeed ๐Ÿ™‚

Very nice.
Feels a bit more like Easter with the chicken.

Well, I'm riding with my brother tomorrow and he's got a Kona Stiffy and I might have a go on it!

Nice chicken. Is it a roaster or a boiler?

The chickens (there are another two, but I couldn't get them all on the bike) are just for eggs.

It's one of those fully suspensioned bicycles you know - a Kona Stinky.

tee hee

Did the whole ride yesterday wearing a piss pot helmet, after leaving mine at home, so maybe I will have to make that change ๐Ÿ™‚

Rode the Stinky down the Skills Loop at Hamsterley. You barely notice the rocks on the drops - that thing is a total sofa of a bike! It did get me briefly considering a suspension fork for the Inbred, but I talked myself out of it.

Sick. Rad. Phat. Gnarly. Etc.

But, I could still ride up this, unlike the 'downhillers' on their fully suspensionated rigs ๐Ÿ˜‰

(Disappointed the bike and photos didn't get more of a slagging. After I deliberately didn't line up the valves and tyre logos too!)
