I started a race with Anna Frost last year, she was chatting away swapping banter for about a mile and then just changed gear. V impressive.

I wish i could post but it would be unprofessional. But I work with an ex-NZ womens national freestyle champion snowboarder - who is an absolute honey and a lovely girl to boot. And she rides mountain bikes (did Sleepless 3 years ago with a work team for example) - so I'm sure a few of you will have had chance to admire her already.
In fact - I'm just about to make an excuse to go and see her again!
