You can try and contact Ciclonatur ( http://www.ciclonatur.pt/) or Portugal Bike ( http://www.portugalbike.com/). Don't know any others...

I cycled this year with the Mountain Bike Adventure, as per cha****ng. Jim is a nice guy, and the accommodation is lovely. I really enjoyed the cycling, none of the routes we did were that technical though. Based in Lagos which is a good party/restaurant town. Would recommend.

Thanks all for the input. I will go and have a look at the options and see what I come up with.

Cheers again

I've been to Lagos (Algarve) with Jim at the Mountain Bike Adventure too. It was a couple of years ago and they've been adding trails since then I believe.

Jim is an ex-downhiller but the riding varies from some really nice local scenic coastal rides to uplifts on the extinct Monchique volcano. We rode from the top of Monchique (900m odd) all the way back down to sea level on one day on a combination of goat tracks, rocky singletrack and fireroad.

I did it when the exchange rate was more in our favour but it was a good deal with pick up from the airport, accomodation and biking all thrown in at the time.
