Collected from the powder coaters yesterday, built up last night, ridden all day today. Apologies for the ridiculously long brake lines, have been trying out Saint 4-pots. Hoses now shortened, but I'm not sure the white bars still work?

Thanks for the positive vibes, the colour is RAL 1018 -zinc yellow, with a matt finish. A local powder coater in Sussex did it, £50, but their masking left a little to be desired, had some fun and games cleaning powdercoat out of various bits where it wasn't required, but on the whole very happy.

Looks stunning. Apart from the masking issues, did you have any other concerns/issues with the powder coating or rebuild? Thinking of having my Hustler done...

Not really, no. The masking issues meant I had to clean overspray out of the headtube, seat tube, bb threads, swingarm pivot in the front triangle and the bearing shells in the swingarm. If it had been masked properly it would have been really simple.

Didn't you ship that back to Turner for a silly amount of money for a respray? 😐

Cheers for that - have you laquered over the new decals to protect them?

Looks great. Kinda brings to mind the old Espace F1 🙂 Love the matching grey rims/fork. Can you get a bar in that same colour?

white bars are ok as long as they match your shoes.

No - Windridge powdercoating.

Decals from any Turner dealer - haven't bothered laquering over them tbh.

£50 is a bit steep for a powdercoat isn't it?

Looks nice though, and the white bars look fine..

An Italian guy on ebay

It'll stay looking nice and clean for a few weeks, broke my collarbone today - hooray 🙄
