I do really appreciate brand loyalty, and enjoy reading 'Orange' fan mail on here. (would love an orange, orange five myself)
However reading some comments by Yeti owners themselves, they somehow feel embrarrassed to either 'join in' or shout about their love for Yeti's from the keyboards of their computers.

But NO LONGER !
lets stand proud & preach our beliefs (and post photo's) for the Yeti !

I'll start then,
My name's Mark, I'm a newish disciple to the Tribe. Only been to one Tribe meet (this years Glyncorrwg Ride) And yes I own a Yeti shirt, a cap & socks too.
So what?

Here's my bike,

Lets fill this thread with your proud Yeti pic's.

your wheel/tyre combo is certainly eye catching.

your bricks to the left of that first pic look like there's some subsidence going on as well...

ooh, and the saddle???

nice bike, though ๐Ÿ™‚

If you 'need' to run your saddle at the angle, and fully forward on an inline post, I'd guess your shock is set up too soft. Yes the rear shock should sag when you sit on it, but your fork should by about the same amount (given they're so similar in travel)
It looks slightly odd as it is IMO

the cracked wall is not mine, nor near my house & I'd just fitted the seat before the pics so hadn't quite got it right

^what James said.

Just looking at that seat makes my hips hurt.. Can you get away with a shorter stem, like 60 or 70mm? and maybe drop the height of it while you are there.

Maybe he/she likes it like that.... We are all different dont forget.

There is something devilishly attractive about Yeti's, I'll say that.

I like the hardtails but the f.s bikes have abit too much bearing and pivot wise going on for me, single pivots the way forward

That photo was taken about a year ago,it's "evolved a bit since then, new forks, wheels etc. A great bike.....and I couldn't give a flying one what the singletrack perfectionists think.

Well not so much "pivots" one that does nt have lots of bearings in the swing link which IMO are poor.

It's because the linkage driven single pivot simply works better. Check all the "copies" that are around these days. Even Cannondale (Rize).
