Is it worth buying the Team over the Race, prices seem good at Merlin atm?

Black Box MoCo, not a lot else different. I've got the Team, but I'm gonna take the MoCo out when I get around to it. If you like playing with lockouts and blow off thresholds the Team is better, if not get the Race.

With the Team you get black box motion control, much better than the standard motion control and worth the extra £s IMO.

what is the price difference between team and race?

I have the team and there pretty good. However I have also used the new Reba XX's. There a far better fork, but i would presume they are a lot more than the SID's

at Merlin the Race are 328.46 and Team are £395.96.

njee – i had races

i sent them back on warrenty with twisted lower syndrome

got em back with team lowers and a WC damper in place – made me realise that the damping on the races was gash – used to blow through its travel really quick once it got going and pack down wildly in repetitive bumps despite the rebound feeling a similar speed to my reba and previous old style sid teams.

The new damper with the same PSI top and bottom was drastically better at resisting pack down and felt better in corners as it was diving all the time
