Very nice indeed, I really like the subtle look of it. Hope it rides well too, I'm sure it will!

Interesting to see more Ti builds – I'm looking at building up a Ti hardtail too, Enigma Ego is favourite at the moment. Where did you get the seatpost/clamp and stem from?

    I dont think thats a Lancaster….

My Lancaster had normal seat stays not a wishbone arrangement…

Yours looks like a better model to me.

Nice, is that a Van Nic bar on it too?

That looks like an on one 456 Ti to me.

That is absolutely stunning. Not usually a fan of Ti HTs, but that one is spot on. How does it ride?

    Lucky Strike – literally
    .
    .
Not familiar with the Lancaster, but the older LS's had the wishbone seatstay arrangement. The replacement Black Widow went to a webbed plate IIRC – same as on the current VN xc race model

Deffo not an on one – it has an Airborne head badge

LS also has shaped oval TT and DT – can't quite see from your photos. And wishbone shaped seat stays and chainstays – definately visible in your shots

I think the Lancaster was plain tubing??
    .
As per one of my other posts – I'm gutted as my Lucky Strike broke end of last month. Beautiful bike, stunning ride.

Thanks for the comments guys. Wasn't 100% sure which model it was, assumed a Lancaster – although I think you may be right rkk01 about it being a Lucky Strike (just Googled it). It does indeed have oval tubing on the TT and DT :o)

Rides brilliantly. First HT I've had for some time, and it's very rapid compared to my full sussers, particularly the acceleration and climbing!

Wow, what a stunning bike! Bet that cost a few squids to build!

It's a Lucky Strike – I know because I used to have one and boy was it ace!

    My old one –

And the same bike with the commuting wheels on.

It was an 18" and the frame got sold several years ago through the forums – perhaps it is the same beast!

That looks cool with the slicks on Ashley. The silver crank arms you had confirm I need the Middleburns when then have the Duo back in stock!
