Not a ful suss, but a toy that might tickle your fancy. I've an old Country bikes (a now defunct German brand) BMX, 30lb build, few nice bits (odesey forks, pr1mo bars/stem/pedals, eastern hubs, proper/alex rims) few basic bits (no name 3-piece cranks). The frames were something silly like 600euro when new.
Reasons this is your ideal bike;
21.75TT (this is about as big a you'll ever find)
30lb (not too light, not too heavy, Ton proof)£170, just a thought.
