forum search function for "external BB" or similar, there's a related thread pretty much every week. Basically you can tap out the tophat seals and bearings with a screwdriver or drift and a bit of patience. Easiest way to get new ones in if you need to change em is to freeze em first.

You want 6805 2RS bearings, about a fiver a pair for generics off ebay.

Is this the same bearings and process for Raceface BB's?

Yes, essentially the same BB. I usually leave the cups in the frame(something solid to work against) and soak the cups in a pan of boiling water to expand them.

Skyliner (Kev?) same process but you'll need to check the bearings. I know XT and saint are the same but differnt to LX (Lx are not so wide). Race face etc could be differnt again.

You can also go with a differnt bearing with a smaller internal diameter and get rid of th top hat – Enduro bearings.
