Who we are

We are a magazine first - A retailer of fine bike related merchandise second and an Amazon efficient, order today get tomorrow mail order company not at all.

Here's how it works...

- We download orders from our online shop several times a week and one person here works their way through them, picking, packing and posting out each order in the order it has arrived. We send everything first class post.

- We don't use tracking numbers on post as that would be massively time consuming for us. As such we appreciate that from time to time a parcel may go missing in the post but when that happens we will do everything we can to track it down and make sure that whatever happens you get what you have paid for, or get a complete refund - the choice is yours.

- Around deadline times all hands are required to get the mag to print - that's the core of our business and it has to take priority. As such despatch times tend to get longer. For this reason we try and cover ourselves and specify that you should allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. That said in most case we will get your order packed and out to post within 4 days of you placing the order, so avoiding deadline times you should get your order in about a week.
