[Closed] How to get ITV+1 (STV1+1) on Sky in Scotland?

Up at parents for summer hols, no ITV1+1 on the sky box, a quick google shows that due to STV being the set regional station no ITV+1?

Not sure why no STV+1 would not be aviable!!!

Need simple way of getting either ITV1+1 or a version of STV+1
