    I have and old pair of these bottom brackets ,can you have new bearings fit to revive them . Can you buy the replacement bearings and refit them yourself or have them done somewhere .

    Is that a HT2 type BB? if so there are lots of links online to show you how, the bearings will have a number eetched on the side, once you have them out you can use this number to source replacements from bearing suppliers (ebay might be worth a look HT2 ones are a fiver).

    yes you can, loads of threads on this (they take identical bearings to shimano HT2, but the originals are worse…)

    there is a forum search function, but in a fit of charadee I've done it for you…
