There is an expression called pot calling the kettle black.
Due to some stwism it has been shorten to the very famous "pot kettle black".
This expression actually mean that before calling someone name (metaphorically it can be just a criticism) you should make sure you do not fall in the same category.

Juan, if you have not read the full, howling, legend that is "the badger thread" then you are missing a beautiful experience. One in which a mild-mannered man explodes into an epic hissy-fit over the issue of whether or not he ever in fact exploded a tire full of penguin-jism and proceeds to sue the makers of the "Oliver's Yes-Tubes" over using images of him standing in the aftermath, all the while being savagely goaded by Bez's proficient use of photoshop. - You have trouble using a track pump to correctly inflate tyres - your little matchstick thin arms failing to shift 100psi of pressure suggest you are in fact weak.
